Tender Description

The Office of Senior Civil Judge (Judicial), Charsadda is procuring a diverse range of items including stationery, furniture, plant and machinery, hardware, and IT equipment for judicial complexes in Charsadda and its tehsil judicial complexes. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency and infrastructure of the civil courts in Charsadda. The scope covers supply, delivery, and installation of quality items as per specifications or better, with the possibility of quantity adjustments based on budget availability. Bidders must be registered firms or authorized dealers with valid NTN and active tax status under Income and Sales Tax authorities. Submission of bid security at 2% of the quoted value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory, along with an affidavit confirming the placement of bid security in the financial bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 10% performance guarantee and execute a contract agreement in line with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014.
