Tender Description
The Office of the Postmaster General Northern Sindh Circle Hyderabad invites sealed proposals/bids from Sales Tax and Income Tax registered firms for the procurement of stationery items for all key offices under its jurisdiction including head offices for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement is specifically for stationery supply to offices located in Karachi and Hyderabad with firms required to have a regular shop, store, or office and telephone facility in these cities.

- Stationery items (specific list not provided in the notice)
The scope includes supplying quality stationery items with proper brand names clearly indicated on the rate list submitted on the PPRA website. Bidders must submit a complete set of documents including CNIC copy, NTN, GST certificate, ATL, AGPR vendor number, telephone/mobile numbers, affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper affirming non-blacklisting, CDR/Bank Draft of Rs. 100,000 as bid security refundable to unsuccessful bidders, performance certificate, and ACG-07 receipt of Rs. 3000 for document fee.
The quoted rates must remain valid and effective until June 30, 2027, inclusive of all applicable taxes including GST. The designated firm will be responsible for timely supply and delivery using its own resources. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without citing any reason as per PPRA Rules 2004. Substandard or deficient supplies may lead to contract cancellation and forfeiture of bid security.
Complete tenders including Technical Bid and Financial Bid (PADS-E) must be uploaded on the PPRA website by 11:00 AM on 01-09-2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the Office of the Postmaster General Northern Sindh Circle Hyderabad.
