Tender Description
The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), a premier educational institute in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring stationery, office supplies, and toiletry items. This procurement aims to support the administrative and operational needs of the institute located at 1-A, Sector E-5, Phase-VII, Hayatabad. The scope includes a variety of stationery products, general office equipment, and essential toiletry items required for smooth functioning of the institute's offices and facilities.
Bidders must be well-established and reputed firms registered with the relevant tax authorities of the Government of Pakistan. Registration with FBR and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is mandatory. Experience in supplying similar goods to educational or government institutions will be advantageous. The tender requires submission of earnest money amounting to 2% of the total bid value in the form of a Bank Draft or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar.
