Repair and Maintenance of Street Light System at Different Masajid and Surrounding Areas from UC-01 to UC-13, TMC Saddar Karachi

Town Municipal Corporation Saddar Karachi invites eligible contractors and firms to participate in the tender for the repair and maintenance of the street light system at different masajid and surrounding areas from UC-01 to UC-13 within TMC Saddar. This procurement is being conducted under the SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended up to date) using the Single Stage One Envelope method. The works are divided into two main schemes, each with a detailed scope and itemized requirements. Items being procured: - Repair/Maintenance of Street Light system at Different masajid and surrounding areas from UC-01 to UC-06 TMC Saddar (Qty and scope as per BOQ) - Repair/Maintenance of Street Light system at Different masajid and surrounding areas from UC-07 to UC-13 TMC Saddar (Qty and scope as per BOQ) Detailed BOQ items include: - Providing & laying (MAIN or SUB MAIN) PVC Sheeted copper conductor 300/500 volts size 1.5mm2 (700 P/RFT) - Providing & fixing 250 watts (SON-T) lamp at height with hydraulic crane (50 Each) - Providing & fixing 250 watts (SON-T) chowk at height with hydraulic crane (41 Each) - Providing & fixing 250 watts (SON) ignitor at height with hydraulic crane & manual labor (49 Each) - Manufacturing, providing & fixing GI single arm double arch as per specification (57 Each) - Providing & fixing holder for 250/400 light (20 Each) - P/F 10 Amps photo cell (National Japan) after removing of existing burnt/damaged/old photo cell (100 Each) - P/F ABC Cable Connector for 16mm ABC Bundled Cable (108 Each) - Providing & fixing LED street lights 100 watts IP65 (57 Each) - Providing PVC Tape best quality (15 Each) - P/L Aerial bundle cable abc with messenger neutral core 0.61/kv, 2x16mm AL/xLPE/PE+Al alloy/XLP+KvA electric cable (155 P/Mtr) The technical scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance, including supply and installation of electrical components, replacement of damaged parts, and ensuring operational efficiency of the street lighting system in the specified union councils. All works must comply with the relevant PEC category and SPPRA regulations. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, PEC category (where applicable), registration with Sindh Revenue Board, professional tax certificate, minimum 5 years of relevant experience, turnover of at least 5 years (02 to 04 million), valid electrical/mechanical license, and no blacklisting or litigation history. Earnest money of 5 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted as a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Town Municipal Corporation Saddar.
