Upgradation of Walkway and Installation of Signage Boards at Pakpattan Bazaar and Related Civil Works in Sahiwal

Municipal Corporation Sahiwal invites bids from eligible firms and contractors for multiple civil works projects in Sahiwal city under the PPRA E-Tendering system. The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Only contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and holding valid GST/NTN/PST registration are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Upgradation of Walkway with Provision and Installation of Signage Boards at Pakpattan Bazaar, Sahiwal (Estimated Cost: Rs. 92.415 million, Earnest Money: Rs. 4,620,750) - Rehabilitation of road/paver from Umer-Farooq Chowk towards city police office Sori gali and connected streets M.C Sahiwal (Estimated Cost: Rs. 41.630 million, Earnest Money: Rs. 2,081,500) - Rehabilitation of road/paver and construction of tuff tiles in front of General Bus Stand, Railway Road, Jogi Chowk, M.C Sahiwal (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5.136 million, Earnest Money: Rs. 256,800) - Provision, fabrication, erection and installation of 50-feet high cluster lighting poles at different MC Limits Sahiwal (Estimated Cost: Rs. 7.359 million, Earnest Money: Rs. 367,950) The technical scope includes civil works such as walkway upgradation, road rehabilitation, installation of signage, and erection of high cluster lighting poles. All works are to be executed within Sahiwal city limits. Bidders must quote unit rates in both numbers and words for each item as per the prescribed schedule. Earnest money at 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted with the bid. Bids must be uploaded via the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal by 11:00 AM on 10.11.2026. The bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM the same day at the office of Municipal Corporation Sahiwal. Only bids submitted through the e-tendering system will be considered.
