Street Lights and Poles for Uplifting and Redevelopment of Rakhni Model Bazar at Rakhni

The CW PPHD Department Barkhan invites sealed tenders for the procurement of street lights and poles aimed at uplifting and redevelopment of Rakhni Model Bazar at Rakhni. This project involves the supply and installation of street lighting infrastructure to enhance public safety and urban aesthetics in Barkhan city. Items being procured: - Street lights - Poles for street lighting The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 as amended up to date. The firm or contractor must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), duly renewed for the current year, in Category C-4 or above, along with the relevant specialization code applicable to the scope of work. Firms must also register with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and be present on the Active Tax Payer List in FBR. Bidders must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature or work. Bid security in the form of a deposit at call or bank guarantee of 3% of the estimated cost must accompany the bids. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads) CW PPHD Department Barkhan upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4000. Payment must be deposited in government treasury under account 02716 through Green Challan Form in National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). The bidding documents are also downloadable from www.bopra.org.pk. Bidders must submit the Green Challan Form deposited in government treasury one day prior to bid opening. The last date for bid submission is **04 November 2026 at 09:00 AM** through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be held the same day at 10:00 AM on EPPS System. Submission and issuance will be at the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads) CW PPHD Department Barkhan. Bid validity period is ninety (90) days.
