Strengthening of Protected Area Management System and Construction of Roads and Bridges in Gilgit-Baltistan

Items being procured: - Strengthening of Protected Area Management System including construction of DFO House Gahkuch (Part-I), DFO Office at Gahkuch (Part-II), RFO House/Office Gupis (Part-III) - Construction of road Khumit to Mashibar Nullah at Thoi Yasin including suspension bridge at Mushabar Nullah 110ft span (Part-III), suspension bridge at Chikdass Thoi 90ft span (Part-IV), widening/improvement of existing Jeep road to Chikdass Thoi (Part-VI) - Widening and construction of link roads in GBA-20 Ghizer (Parts I, II, IV, V) - Construction of link roads in Halqa-19 Ghizer-I (Parts I, II, III) - Construction of Lift Irrigating Water at Mujka Yasin - Construction of Playground at Thous and Gindai Yasin - Construction of link roads in Halqa-I Ghizer including Sherqillah area (Part-I), Hamuchal/Dass area (Part-II), link roads from Hatoon to Barjangle (Part-III) - Construction of Water Supply Scheme at Hasis Dass Ghizer - Metalling of roads in GBA-20 Ghizer-II The technical scope covers civil works including bridges, roads, water supply schemes, and public infrastructure in the Ghizer district. The works require high-quality materials and adherence to engineering standards suitable for mountainous terrain and protected areas. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for the year 2025-2026, original CNIC, FBR/ATL registration, and experience in similar government projects. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office upon payment of the tender form fee.
