Procurement of Super Phosphate and Urea Fertilizer for Wheat Crop 2026-2027

Kissan Farm Hub, located in Hub, Balochistan, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of fertilizers required for the wheat crop for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender is being conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, ensuring a transparent and competitive process for all interested parties. Items being procured: - Single Super Phosphate, 153000 kilograms - Urea, 126000 kilograms The scope of supply includes the delivery of high-quality fertilizers as per the specified quantities to Kissan Farm Hub. Bidders must ensure that the products meet the required agricultural standards and are suitable for wheat cultivation in the region. The technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes as per the prescribed procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. A bid security of 2% of the quoted amount, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), must accompany the bid. Bids must be submitted by 31 August 2026, 01:00 PM, at the office of the undersigned. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. It is advisable for bidders to carefully review all tender requirements and ensure that their submissions are complete and compliant with the instructions provided.
