Tender Description
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids through E-PADs on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from manufacturers and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The procurement is for supply of distribution material financed under LESCO's Local funds with free delivery to consignee's stores (F.C.S) at Regional Store Shalamar, Lahore, 132-KV Grid Station Walgaon Shohar (Feroze Wattwan), and Pattoki.
Items being procured:
- 11-KV Dropout Cutout (Single Insulator), Quantity: 30,000 Nos, Number of Lots: 5
The technical scope includes supply of high-quality 11-KV dropout cutouts suitable for LESCO's distribution network. Bidders must comply with detailed terms and conditions, complete specifications, and drawings as provided in the bidding documents. The procurement procedure includes submission of bids, bid bond/security, performance guarantee/bond, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria, and rejection clauses.
Bidding documents are available on E-PADs portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk and LESCO's website until one day before the tender opening date. Bids must be submitted/uploaded on E-PADs portal, while only Bid Bond/Guarantee shall be submitted in hard form to the Chief Engineer (Material Management) LESCO HQ, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore on or before the deadline. Bids will be opened through E-PADs on the same day at the specified time.
Eligibility requires registration with FBR and Sales Tax Departments. Earnest Money and bid security must be provided as per bidding documents. The tender is suitable for manufacturers and suppliers with relevant experience in electrical distribution materials.
