Tender Description
The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites bids from registered and prequalified firms including DISCOs, NTDC, WAPDA, GENCOS, and PPMC authorized dealers or manufacturers for the supply of 132-kV ZM-1 Towers complete with stubs and cleats. The procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2025-26 and the delivery location is GEPCO Warehouse in Wazirabad, Punjab.
The technical scope includes the supply of 300 towers in total, divided into two lots of 150 towers each. Each tower must be complete with stubs and cleats, meeting the required specifications for high voltage electrical infrastructure. The delivery period is 120 days from the issuance of the purchase order. Bidders must ensure compliance with the detailed terms and conditions available on the EPADS v2.0 portal.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and provide a bid security of PKR 8.05 million. Firms should have relevant experience and valid FBR/ATL registration. The bid validity period is 150 days, with bid guarantees remaining valid for 28 days beyond this period. Submission of bids must be electronic via EPADS v2.0 by 25th May 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all bid documents, including the technical proposal and bid security, are properly uploaded on EPADS with clear file descriptions. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Early registration on EPADS and thorough review of the bidding documents will help avoid disqualification due to incomplete or missing reports.
