Supply of 145kV Line CTs and 132kV Single Phase PTs for GEPCO

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms authorized by DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC for the supply of electrical equipment under the fund allocated for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - 05 Nos. of 145kV Line Current Transformers (CTs) with ratio 1200-600-300/5-5-5-5A - 08 Nos. of 132kV Single Phase Potential Transformers (PTs) The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit bids via the EPADS v2.0 electronic portal and ensure all bids are accompanied by the required Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Where Bid Security is exempted, a Bid Security Declaration must be furnished. Original Bid Guarantees must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and title before the e-bid submission deadline at the undersigned's office, failing which bids will be declared non-responsive. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 before the tender opening date and upload all files with the firm's name and brief description. Bids must remain valid for 150 days, with Bid Guarantees valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Prices must include GST and all applicable duties and taxes. Only equipment with valid type test reports from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023 will be considered. Conditional or late bids, or those without required Bid Guarantees, will be rejected. The tender opening is scheduled for 07 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders should regularly check the EPADS portal for clarifications and may submit queries up to three days before the opening date. GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your type test reports are complete and from NTDC-approved labs to avoid disqualification. Also, submit your original Bid Guarantee physically before the deadline to avoid rejection.
