Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited Lahore invites bids for the supply of Orifice Meter Run under Tender Enquiry No.SN-4800/26. This procurement is specifically for the supply of Orifice Meter Run equipment required by the department in Lahore. Items being procured: - Orifice Meter Run The tender documents include General Terms, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Price Schedules for foreign suppliers and local manufacturers, Questionnaire, Schedule of Requirements and Shipment, Technical Specifications, Specimen of Authority Letter, Bid Bond, Performance/Warranty Bond Guarantee, Integrity Pact, Specimen of Purchase Order, Certificate of Full Disclosure and Non-Collusion, Black Listing and Debarment as per PPRA Rule 19, and Declaration of Ultimate Beneficial Owner. Bidders must submit their bids on a single stage two envelope basis, with separate envelopes for Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. The Technical Proposal must include technical literature, questionnaire, schedule of requirements with delivery, clause-by-clause commentary on technical specifications, and a copy of the bid bond. The Financial Proposal must include the price schedule, original bid bond, sales tax and income tax certificates if applicable, and questionnaire. Bids must be submitted in duplicate sealed covers marked confidential and addressed to the General Manager (Procurement), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. The closing date and time for submission is 29.10.2026 at 02:30 hours, with public opening at 03:00 hours on the same day. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. The delivery must conform to the Delivery Schedule and earlier delivery is acceptable. Offers must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
