Supply of 150 KVA Diesel Generator Set with Canopy at PSO Serai Naurang Depot

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of a brand-new 150 KVA Diesel Generator Set with sound proof canopy at PSO Serai Naurang Depot, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is specifically for the supply, transportation, unloading, commissioning, and functional testing of the DG Set at the specified depot. Items being procured: - DG Set 150 KVA, 3 phase 4-wire, 400 V (Qty: 1) - Industrial type silencer - Lead acid batteries (dry condition) with connection leads - Standard Tool kit for routine maintenance - Genuine spare parts including Air Filter (4 nos.), Lube Oil Filter (4 nos.), Fuel Filter (4 nos.), Water Filter (4 nos.) The DG Set must be new, manufactured within one year before shipment, and include components such as engine, cooling system, alternator, control panel, and built-in fuel tank. The engine is a 6-cylinder, turbocharged, water-cooled type with electronic governor and 1500 RPM speed. The alternator is brushless, self-excited with AVR, providing 150 KVA output at 400/230 volts, 50 Hz frequency, and IP 23 enclosure. The control panel includes Auto Main Failure (AMF) with protections like MCCB, thermal overload, voltage and short circuit protections, and various metering and alarm features. The canopy must be acoustic, limiting noise to 85 dBA at 1 meter, with a minimum clearance of 7 meters for ventilation and safety. Prior to fabrication, detailed canopy shop drawings and specifications must be approved by PSO Head Office. The supplier must provide OEM authorization and documentary support. Warranty covers defects for 18 months from delivery or one year from commissioning, whichever is earlier. Eligibility requires OEM support letter, FBR/ATL registration, and experience in similar DG Set supplies. The supplier must provide factory test certificates, commissioning manuals, and conduct performance/load tests witnessed by PSO or third-party inspectors. Installation and commissioning will be done by qualified contractors with vendor technician support. The bid security amount is PKR 100,000. The closing date for submission is 11th August 2026 by 2:15 PM. Quotations must be submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
