Supply of 15 kV XLPE Power Cable 240mm² 500 MCM Single Core

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-Bids for the year 2026-27 from firms and manufacturers registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NGC (formerly NTDC) and FBR having valid prototype approval (if applicable). The procurement is for supply of 15 kV XLPE Power Cable 240mm² 500 MCM Single Core on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Rajjar. Items being procured: - 15 kV XLPE Power Cable 240mm² 500 MCM Single Core (300 Km) The material shall conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications amended to date. Bidders must submit bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal online at http://www.epads.gov.pk and upload all mandatory information as required in the bidding documents. The tender will be opened on 21.08.2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of participants or their authorized representatives bearing authority letters at the office of Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, G-7/4 Street No.40, Islamabad. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Prices must be firm and final on DDP basis without involving any foreign exchange. Bid validity is 60 days, and bid security must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan with rating A+ or above, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity (total 88 days), in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad. Partial bids or bids for less quantity than tendered will not be accepted. GST and duties must be included in the quoted price, though GST is reimbursable on submission of original invoices/forms. Valid prototype approval (if applicable) must be available at bid opening. IESCO reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance. In case of holiday or strike on the tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
