Supply of 5000 Nos of Big Size Olive Plants (Above 3 ft) for Promotion of Olive in Dara Adam Khel Tribal Sub Division & Kohat District

The Kohat Forest Division invites bids for the supply of 5000 Nos of big size olive plants (above 3 feet) under the project 'Promotion of olive in Dara Adam Khel Tribal Sub division & Kohat District for the livelihood improvement of local'. This procurement is aimed at supporting local livelihoods through olive cultivation in Kohat. Items being procured: - Supply of 5000 Nos of Big size Olive Plants (Above 3 ft) The supplier shall provide healthy olive plants with a minimum height of 3 feet. Plants must be adequately packed to prevent damage or deterioration during transit and ensure safe handling at all delivery points. Delivery will be made to the project site specified by the procuring entity, with the supplier responsible for transportation, insurance, and storage costs included in the contract price. Plants may be inspected at nursery and delivery sites; any non-conforming or damaged plants must be replaced at the supplier's cost. Valid nursery registration with Federal Seed Certification and Registration Department (FSCR Department) is mandatory. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPAD portal and comply with KPPRA rules 2014 under the single stage single envelope financial method. Bidders must have NTN/GST/KPPRA registration and valid PEC and KPPRA registration for the current financial year. A 2% CDR of the bid price is required along with an affidavit regarding the original CDR. Bank maintenance certificate and bank statement for the last year showing the issuance and amount of 2% CDR with a closing balance of at least PKR 1 million are mandatory. Joint ventures are not eligible. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will apply. The bid submission deadline is 26th November 2026 by 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted/uploaded through the EPAD portal before 21st November 2026. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reasons as per KPPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid documents are complete and free from any overwriting or manipulation, as mismatches between scanned and hard copies will lead to disqualification.
