Tender Description
The Bureau of Statistics Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, located in Peshawar Cantt, is procuring 80 tablets to enhance its data collection and statistical operations. This procurement is funded by a public allocation and aims to equip the department with modern electronic devices to improve efficiency and accuracy in field data gathering.
The technical scope involves the supply of 80 high-quality tablets suitable for official use by the Bureau of Statistics. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers capable of providing the required quantity under the stipulated specifications. The procurement follows the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014, under the single stage one envelope bidding procedure.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). While no specific PEC category is mentioned, experience in supplying electronic appliances to government departments will be advantageous. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR at 2% of the total bid value is mandatory, payable to the Director Bureau of Statistics Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Submission of bids is through the e-PADS system as well as hard copies delivered to the Director’s office.
