Supply of 9200 Big Size Olive Plants (Arbequina specie) with Pots for Orakzai Forest Division Hangu

The Divisional Forest Officer, Orakzai Forest Division at Hangu invites experienced suppliers and firms for the supply of Olive Plants under the project titled 'Promotion of olive in Dara Adam Khel Tribal Sub division & Kohat District for the livelihood improvement of local.' This procurement is aimed at supporting local livelihoods through the provision of quality olive plants. Items being procured: - Supply of 9200 No's of Big size Olive Plants (Arbequina specie) (5 ft) with pots The scope includes supplying healthy olive plants of Arbequina species, each approximately 5 feet tall and potted, suitable for plantation in the designated tribal and Kohat areas. The supplier must ensure the plants meet federal seed certification and other relevant codes. Inspection of plants will be conducted at nursery and delivery sites to ensure quality; any damaged or substandard plants must be replaced at the supplier's cost. Eligible bidders must be EPAD-registered firms or contractors under KPPRA Rules, possess valid PEC (CE-10v) registration, NTN/GST, and active taxpayer status for the current financial year. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bid security of 2% CDR in favor of Divisional Forest Officer, Orakzai Forest Division is required. Bids 10%-20% below estimate require 8% additional security; bids more than 20% below require detailed rate analysis.
