Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), located at Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad, invites qualified firms to submit sealed tenders for the supply of aluminium alloy sheets as per the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is specifically for the supply of 30 Nos of aluminium alloy sheets, each measuring 2500 mm in length, 1200 mm in width, and 6 mm in thickness, conforming to BS EN 573-3 of 2007 and BS EN 485-2 of 2016 standards with material designation EN AW 5086 and temper condition H34.

The technical scope requires genuine OEM certified brand new stores supplied directly from OEM or authorized dealers with full documentation including OEM Conformance Certificates, warranty on Form DPL-15, and inspection by Chief Inspector of Naval Stores (CINS). Delivery period is six months on FOR basis with 100% payment after issuance of CRV post successful inspection and acceptance.
Eligibility criteria include registration with Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP) or willingness to register, active taxpayer status with FBR, submission of earnest money as per category, and compliance with all tender conditions. Firms must submit technical and commercial offers in duplicate in separate sealed envelopes following the Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure. Earnest money must be attached with the technical offer and photocopy included in DP-2 form.
