Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites sealed and electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of various items. This procurement is aimed at fulfilling the operational and maintenance needs of POF with quality materials and timely delivery. Items being procured: - Aluminium Strip 6mm, 4800 Kg - Polyethylene Bags, 2 items - Oils & Lubricants, 2 items - Oils & Lubricants, 4630 Liters - Grinding/Polishing Media & Abrasives, 12 items - Machine/Plant Spares Electrical, 15 items - Pipe and Pipe Fittings, 15 items - Deodar Wood Planks, 2 items - Grinding Wheel, 3400 Nos The technical scope includes supply of high-grade materials suitable for industrial and manufacturing applications at POF Wah Cantt. Bidders must ensure compliance with specifications detailed in the bidding documents, which are available at the office of the Director-SCM or can be downloaded free of cost from the POF website (www.pof.gov.pk). Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with relevant tax authorities and capable of providing earnest money or bid security as per POF requirements. Experience in supplying similar industrial goods will be advantageous. Bids must be submitted online through the POF E-Bidding Portal (www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk) and also in sealed hard form to the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall by 27-08-2026 at 1100 hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs.
