Supply of Animal Food and Medicine

The IGP/Commandant Balochistan Constabulary Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of animal food and medicine in Quetta. Items being procured: - Animal Food & Medicine (Total Item(s) Count: 5) Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with turnover of at least 4,000,000 PKR in the previous 3 years and 5,500,000 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and hold a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Blacklisted firms or joint ventures are not permissible. Submission of bid security amounting to 120,000 PKR in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Bidders must submit quality samples of the required feeding items and agree to incur lab test fees. The feed may be analyzed at any time by the department's laboratory, with all costs borne by the bidder. Sub-standard or below-quality feed will be rejected, and legal action may be taken for any loss caused to horses. The procurement procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding.
