Eligibility criteria include possession of NTN certificates, registration with Sales Tax Department, proof of godown, financial capability, attested bank statements, CNIC copies, and trade links with OEMs. Firms must not be blacklisted and should have relevant government experience. Earnest money of 5% of the contract value is required, with an upper limit of Rs. 1.0 million. Tender documents can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon production of required certificates. The tender opening will be held in the presence of firm representatives at the DGP (Army) tender room. The last date for collection of tender documents is 29 September 2026, with submission and opening dates varying per item but generally between 5 October and 15 October 2026.
