Supply of Miscellaneous Aviation Spare Items for Qasim Army Aviation Base Rawalpindi

The Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) at Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial Camp Rawalpindi, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of miscellaneous aviation spare items. The quantity mentioned in the tender represents the approximate requirement for the complete financial year, but purchase quantities may be increased or decreased as per operational needs. The delivery period is 30 days for local stores and 90 days for foreign stores. Brand name, country of origin, and authorization/license for imported branded items must be provided. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties and must be on a delivery basis across Pakistan. All samples and supplies will be subject to tests and inspections by the board of officers. Warranty obligations require suppliers to rectify faults within seven days of notification or face penalties. Suppliers are responsible for periodic maintenance of supplied stores as prescribed by manufacturers at specified locations other than the delivery place.
