Supply of Aviation Spare Parts for Central Aviation Spares Depot, Qasim Army Aviation Base Rawalpindi

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of aviation spare parts to the Central Aviation Spares Depot located at Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial Camp, Rawalpindi. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules. The quantity mentioned in the tender represents the approximate requirement for the complete financial year; however, purchase quantities may be increased or decreased based on immediate needs. The purchase order will be placed in batches or packages accordingly. Firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous aviation spare parts as detailed in Annexure A to C (attached separately). The delivery period is 30 days for local stores and 90 days for foreign stores. Bidders must ensure quoted rates remain valid until 30 June 2027. Firms with pending deliveries from the last financial year will not be eligible to participate. Remaining shelf life or expiry items should have at least 80% of total life remaining at delivery time. Only bids from firms registered with the Central Aviation Spares Depot or those having valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for interaction with the Army will be accepted. Bidders must submit separate envelopes clearly marked as 'Technical Offer' and 'Commercial Offer' for each category as per the annexures. The technical offer must include a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 3,000 per tender and a bid security/earnest money amounting to 5% of the total bid value, submitted as a Pay Order or Bank Draft in the name of Commandant. The tender submission deadline is 13 August 2026 at 1030 hours, with the opening scheduled for 13 August 2026 at 1100 hours at the Central Aviation Spares Depot office. Bidders should carefully prepare their documents to comply with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
