Supply of banners, flags, sweets, gift boxes and digital illumination for 79th Pakistan Independence Day

District Council Multan is inviting online bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the execution of works related to the celebration of the 79th Anniversary of Pakistan Independence Day on 14th August 2026. Items being procured: - Supply of panaflex in shape of banners / skin (8000 sft) - Supply of steamer with wooden frame (4000 sft) - Supply Pakistani Flags with wooden stick, size 3x2 (200 units) - Supply of different sweets with packing good quality (Per KG) (200 kg) - Supply of Gift Boxes containing candies, toys, chocolates, juices with packing (500 units) - Supply of best quality national batches (magnet) (100 units) - Digital Illumination of Office Buildings (District Council, Raza Hall, Qadir Pur Raan & Makhdoom Rasheed) with 20 SMD Lights and all accessories, for two days on rental basis (60 panels) - Execution of Fire Work for 5 minutes at place decided by the DCI/Administrator The technical scope includes supply and installation of banners, flags, sweets, gift boxes, national badges, digital illumination of multiple office buildings, and a firework display. The illumination involves 60 panels with 20 SMD lights each, rented for two days. The fireworks will be executed for 5 minutes at a location designated by the District Council Administrator. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR for Income and Sales Tax and have active PRA registration certificates. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is required at 5% of the total estimated cost, and original bid security in the form of CDR must be submitted before bid closing. Performance guarantee at 5% of contract amount will be required from the successful bidder for each lot separately. Single stage one envelope bidding procedure will be followed. The online bid submission deadline is 29-07-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of District Council Multan.
