Supply of Batteries for DG Sets and Fire Fighting Pump at ZOT Complex

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of batteries specifically for DG sets and fire fighting pumps at the ZOT Complex located at Port Qasim, Karachi. This procurement is critical to ensure uninterrupted power backup and safety operations at the terminal. Items being procured: - Battery 12V, Lead Acid type, Model SP 250, NS 240 or equivalent - Quantity: 25 units - Specifications include 12 Volt, 27 plates per cell, 175 Ah capacity, dimensions L=502mm, W=222mm, H=257mm, dry battery weight 31.01 Kg, central polarity, and a minimum warranty of 6 months. The vendor must deliver warranty cards and provide manufacturer electrolyte in separate containers sufficient for battery electrolyte needs. The batteries must be manufactured within 12 months prior to supply date. The scope includes supply, delivery, and compliance with all HSE requirements including provision of PPE to labor. Payment will be made subject to acceptance by the Terminal Engineer. Delivery is required within 7 days of purchase order issuance. Late delivery penalties apply at 0.1% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the PO value. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and delivery timelines.
