Firms must also submit a treasury challan of PKR 2000 for tender documents and a certificate confirming they are not blacklisted or defaulters. Bid security of 5% of the quoted value up to a maximum of PKR 1 million is required as earnest money. Performance bank guarantee of 10% of the contract value must be furnished within 30 days of contract signing.
Tender documents must be submitted in three separate sealed envelopes containing the technical offer, earnest money draft, and commercial offer, all enclosed in one large envelope marked with the tender enquiry number. The deadline for submission is **12 May 2026** by 08:30 hours at the tender room reception of DGP (Army). The tenders will be opened the same day at 09:30 hours in the presence of firm representatives.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all samples and technical data are submitted without any identification marks on the technical opening day to avoid immediate rejection. Also, strict adherence to the submission format and timely delivery of documents will enhance the chances of successful bidding. This tender offers a significant opportunity for firms with experience in supplying electrical and medical equipment to government and semi-government organizations in Pakistan.
