Supply of Books, Magazines, Electronic and Printed Publications by Balochistan Board of Investment and Trade

The Balochistan Board of Investment and Trade invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of books, magazines, electronic and printed publications in Quetta. This procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. Items being procured: - Books - Magazines - Electronic Publications - Printed Publications Total item count: 2 The bidding firm must have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 3,500,000 in the previous 5 years, including 2 subsequent years. Presence in the Active Tax Payer List and valid Tax Certificate is mandatory. Joint Ventures are not permissible. The firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Bid security of 2% of the bid value is required in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned from the date of publication until 05 October 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 05 October 2026 till 11:15 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:15 PM at the office of the undersigned located at A2, Chaman Housing Scheme, Quetta.
