Tender Description
The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of specific battery components. The procurement is conducted under PPRA rules, emphasizing fair pricing and avoidance of exorbitant rates.

- BTY Secy Lead Acid 12 V 70 AH Polypropylene Container (Qty: 24909 Nos)
- BTY Secondary Lead Acid 12 V 90 AH (105D31L) (Qty: 3510 Nos)
The delivery period for both items is 3-4 months. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from the Directorate General Procurement (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopies of registration certificate from Directorate General Defence Production (DGDP), NTN certificate from Central Board of Revenue (CBR), bank statement of last year, moveable/immoveable property proof, valid agency agreement for FOB contracts, and CNIC. Firms other than registered or indexed non-manufacturing agents must provide proof or certificate of manufacturing or verified certificate of original manufacturer.
A challan form No. 32 A worth Rs. 2000/- is required for registered/indexed and unregistered/un-indexed firms, deposited into Govt Treasury Major Head C 02501-20 Main Head 12 Sub Head A Misc (Code Head 1/845/30) for each tender separately in favor of CMA (DP), Rawalpindi.
The last date for collection of tender documents is 31 August 2026. Submission and opening of tenders will be on 1 September 2026 at 0930 hrs and 1000 hrs respectively.
