Supply of Bty Secy Lead Acid Batteries to Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

Items being procured: - Bty Secy Lead Acid 12 V 165 AH In Polypropylen Container (Qty: 1144 Nos) - Bty Secy Lead Acid 12 V 100 AH (Qty: 1419 Nos) - Bty Secy Lead Acid 12 V 100 AH TYPE 6TN In Polypropylen Container (Qty: 3813 Nos) - Bty Secy Lead Acid 12 V 120 AH In Polypropylen Container (Qty: 1955 Nos) - Bty Secy Lead Acid 12 V 180 AH (Qty: 4399 Nos) - Bty Secy Lead Acid 12 V 140 AH In Polypropylen Container (Qty: 1271 Nos) - Bty Secy Lead Acid 12 V 200 AH TYPE 8T (31 X PLATES) In Polypropylen Container (Qty: 1531 Nos) The batteries are to be supplied within 3-4 months delivery period. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from the Directorate General Procurement (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopies of registration certificate issued by DGDP, NTN certificate, bank statement of last one year, moveable/immoveable property documents, CNIC, and in case of FOB contracts, valid agency agreement. The Directorate General Procurement (Army) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and their decision shall be final. Registered/indexed firms must deposit a challan form No. 32 A worth Rs. 2000/- into Govt Treasury Major Head C 02501-20 Main Head 12 Sub Head A Misc (Code Head 1/845/30) for each tender separately in favour of CMA (DP), Rawalpindi. The last date for collection of tender documents is 24 August 2026 for most items and 19 August 2026 for the first three items. Tender submission deadline is 25 August 2026 at 0930 hrs and tender opening will be at 1000 hrs on the same day.
