Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) is procuring essential construction materials including cement, bricks, river sand, and crush for multiple compressor stations located in Multan. The procurement covers delivery to specific sites such as Compressor Station CC-3 (Gali Jagir), AC-1x (Bhong), and CC-1 (Haran Pur). The scope includes 300 cement bags, 9000 first-class bricks, 300 cubic feet of Lawrencepur sand, and 400 cubic feet of crush. These materials are critical for ongoing infrastructure and maintenance works at the compressor stations.
Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical specifications provided by SNGPL and deliver quality materials carriage paid to the designated sites within 30 days or as per the best delivery period quoted. The tender requires submission of a complete bid including GST, NTN, and Professional Tax certificates along with a pay order or CDR of Rs 500 as tender participation fee. The bid must be submitted both online via the Federal PPRA E-PADS system and in printed form at the Procurement Office in Multan before the closing deadline of 11th June 2026 at 15:00 hours.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and Professional Tax authorities, and bidders should be prepared to provide technical literature and brochures with their quotations. The bid must remain valid for at least 60 days from the closing date. Late delivery penalties apply at 1% per week up to a maximum of 10% of the delayed material value. The tender emphasizes strict adherence to specifications and delivery timelines, with replacement of substandard or defective materials on a no-charge basis.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the online and printed bids are identical, as discrepancies will lead to the online submission being considered final. Also, submitting multiple options under one tender document set will result in disqualification, so procure separate tender documents for alternate proposals. This tender offers a valuable opportunity for suppliers experienced in construction materials to engage with a major gas utility in Punjab with clear terms and conditions.
