Supply of Chlorpyrifos 40% EC, Bifenthrin 10% EC, Deltamethrin 2.5% EC, Lambda Cyhalothrin 2.5% EC, and Aluminum Phosphide 56% Tablets

The Pest Control Forest Division of the Punjab Forest Department Lahore invites bids for the supply of various pesticides and fumigants under a single stage, two envelope (Technical & Financial) procedure. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) in line with updated PPRA rules for the fiscal year 2026-27. Eligible manufacturers, contractors, and firms with active Income Tax and General Sales Tax registration for the year 2026-27 are invited to participate. Items being procured: - Chlorpyrifos 40% EC (2,200 L) - Bifenthrin 10% EC (800 L) - Deltamethrin 2.5% EC (200 L) - Lambda Cyhalothrin 2.5% EC (700 L) - Aluminum Phosphide 56% Tablets (60,000 tablets) The technical scope includes supply of pesticides and fumigants conforming to the specified concentrations and quantities. The payment will be made after proper analysis of pesticide quality by PCSIR Lab, with data analysis costs borne by the contractor. Bidders must submit a bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price for each lot, submitted online as per Punjab E-Procurement guidelines. Bids must be completed, signed, stamped, and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement system by 1100 hours on 24 September 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility requires active contractor status for 2026-27, valid FBR registration, and compliance with PPRA rules. Any false information or document submission will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
