Supply of Cleaning and Janitorial Supplies for Chief Minister's Secretariat Quetta

The Chief Minister's Secretariat Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of cleaning and janitorial items. This procurement is under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 with eligibility criteria including assignments of similar nature and complexity over the past 3 years, turnover of at least PKR 12,000,000, and a minimum 3 subsequent years presence in active tax payer list with sales tax certificate. The bidder should have dedicated transport and manpower to deliver supplies within 24 hours of demand and must comply with all applicable laws including welfare, minimum wages, social security, and occupational safety requirements. The bidder shall be either the manufacturer or an authorized distributor/dealer of the quoted brands and demonstrate the ability to supply the complete range of required cleaning items throughout the framework agreement period. Bidders must not be involved in litigation that adversely affects contract performance and must have satisfactory performance in similar contracts executed during the last five years.
