Supply of Cloth / Fabric for IFDS

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POFs) Wah Cantt invites bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the supply of cloth and fabric for IFDS. This procurement is under Tender Enquiry No. 0007/LP/CLO/57 dated 16-09-2026. Items being procured: - Cloth / Fabric for IFDS (1 item) Bidding documents containing detailed item specifications, terms, and conditions are available at the office of the Director Supply Chain Management or can be downloaded free of cost from the POF e-bidding portal at www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk. Interested bidders must ensure their bids are complete in all respects. The bids must be submitted online through the mentioned portal on or before the closing date of 27-10-2026 by 12:30 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and comply with all requirements including registration and tax documentation. A valid Earnest Money or Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents is required. Only firms with relevant experience and proper registration will be considered.
