Supply of Coarse Cloth Bags for Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore invites tenders from firms and companies registered under Sales Tax Act and Income Tax, and active taxpayers with FBR, having good reputation, for the procurement of coarse cloth bags. The procurement will be conducted through the E-PADS system. Items being procured: - Cloth Bag Size 13" x 26" (Printed as per sample) Qty: 10,000 Nos. - Cloth Bag Size 14" x 26" (Printed as per sample) Qty: 20,000 Nos. - Cloth Bag Size 15" x 26" (Printed as per sample) Qty: 40,000 Nos. - Cloth Bag Size 18" x 26" (Printed as per sample) Qty: 7,000 Nos. - Cloth Bag Size 20" x 26" (Printed as per sample) Qty: 5,000 Nos. - Cloth Bag Size 30" x 50" Qty: 27,950 Nos. - Cloth Bag Size 25" x 30" Qty: 35,350 Nos. - Cloth Bag Size 16" x 28" (Colour Khaki as per sample) Qty: 25,000 Nos. - Cloth Bag Size 18" x 28" (Colour Khaki as per sample) Qty: 5,000 Nos. - Cloth Bag Size 20" x 28" (Colour Khaki as per sample) Qty: 5,000 Nos. The bags are made of coarse cloth (Kora Latha) PC calendared, 76x68/30x30, without patch or joint, composed of 40% cotton and 60% polyester with GSM=120 and 3% plus variation acceptable. The bags will be printed as per sample provided by the Board. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Sales Tax authorities and have a good reputation. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelopes as per rule 38 (2)(a) of PPR-2014. A bid security of 5% of the estimated price amounting to Rs. 1,775,398/- is required along with a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount. The closing date for submission of bids is 30-09-2026 till 11:30 A.M, with the opening scheduled for the same day at 2:00 P.M. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS system. The procuring agency is located at 86 Mozang Road, Lahore.
