Tender Description
Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites registered and prequalified firms with DISCOs/NITDC/WAPDA/GENCOS or PPPO to submit electronic bids (E-Bids) for the supply and commissioning of APMS (Automatic Power Management System) for distribution transformers in Gujranwala. The procurement includes:
- Supply installation with earthing testing and commissioning of APMS for 25-KVA Distribution Transformers with ordering code-4 (APMS-MC-OTL-025) quantity 90
- Supply installation with earthing testing and commissioning of APMS for 50-KVA Distribution Transformers with ordering code-4 (APMS-MC-OTL-050) quantity 105
- Supply installation with earthing testing and commissioning of APMS for 100-KVA Distribution Transformers with ordering code-4 (APMS-MC-OTL-100) quantity 160
- Supply installation with earthing testing and commissioning of APMS for 200-KVA Distribution Transformers with ordering code-4 (APMS-MC-OTL-200) quantity 120
The technical scope covers supply, installation, earthing testing, and commissioning of APMS units for various capacity distribution transformers as specified. Bidders must be eligible and registered with FBR and have valid EPDAS v2.0 registration. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Single Envelope method with a Bid Security and Bank Guarantee required as per tender documents.
