Supply of 2x3 Duct Line with Manholes for IESCO Islamabad

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for supply of 2x3 duct line with manholes at various locations in Islamabad. The procurement is under Single Stage - Single Envelope (SSSE) bidding procedure as per National Competitive Bidding (NCB) rules 2004. Items being procured: - Tender for construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes F-6 grid station to house No. 52 F-6/1 (Part-I) - Tender for construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from house No. 54 NDR road to near customer service centre (Part-II) - Tender for construction of 2x2 & 2x3 duct line with manholes from China Chowk to Embassy Road D-Chowk and opposite Park Secretariat to Khokar Complex (Part-III) - Tender for construction of 2x2 duct line with manholes from Alitech-Virtual G-5/2 gate No.7 (Part-IV) - Tender for construction of 2x2 duct line with manholes from PP Staff Colony to Bari Imam Road (Part-V) - Tender for construction of 2x2 duct line with manholes from Margalla Avenue Chowk to Staff Guest House (Part-VI) The scope includes supply and installation of duct lines and manholes as per specifications under IESCO jurisdiction Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 & renewed up to June 30, 2027. Firms must be on Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and registered with FBR. The offered bid price must include all taxes except Income Tax, GST, and applicable in accordance with local tax laws. Bidders must provide financial statements showing minimum 25% of bid cost issued by a Chartered Accountant. Experience of similar work in Govt./Semi Govt. organizations is required. Joint ventures are allowed with proper registration with PPRA on e-PADS. Bids must be submitted through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS) or postal online at www.eprocure.gov.pk as per procedure laid down in the rules. Tender documents can be downloaded from ePADS portal. The last date for submission is 23-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 09:30 AM.
