Supply, Commissioning, Configuration, Installation and Test Operation of Lab Equipment for USPCAS-E UET Peshawar

Sealed tenders/bids through EPADS are invited from reputed firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and KPRA authorities (where applicable) and listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of FBR / KPPRA, to submit Tenders/Quotations on EPADS for Supply, Commissioning, Configuration, Installation and Test Operation of the following lab equipment of USPCAS-E UET Peshawar. Items being procured: - Sample Thermocouple for TA TGA Q500 replacement sample thermocouple for the TGA instrument. Part No. 953208.901 (Qty 01) - Guide Thermocouple Ceramic for TA TGA-Q500 with installation. Part No. 952111.001 (Qty 01) This procurement is for specialized lab equipment required by the USPCAS-E at University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar. The scope includes supply, commissioning, configuration, installation, and test operation of the specified thermocouples for TA TGA instruments. Interested firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and listed on the ATL of FBR/KPPRA. A 2% call deposit/bank draft in favor of Treasurer UET, Peshawar is required along with quotations. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes or via EPADS. The deadline for submission is 10:30 AM on Tuesday, 08-09-2026. Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the Conference Hall of the University in the presence of bidders. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules.
