Supply of Complete Winching Machine Set Including All Accessories for Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme Faisalabad

The Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (PGSHF) invites sealed tenders under a single stage single envelope basis on E-Procurement from registered Income Tax, Sales Tax & PRA firms for the supply of a Complete Winching Machine Set including all accessories for the Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme located at Satiana Road, Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Complete Winching Machine Set including all accessories The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. Interested applicants and constructors must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available for registered bidders on the Punjab E-Procurement System at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted. A 5% Bid Security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) as prescribed. No physical financial instruments, including Call Deposit Receipts (CDR), will be accepted. Only electronically submitted Bid Security will be considered valid according to PPRA rules. The system requires generation of a PSID and attachment of the paid slip with the tender documents as proof of payment. Tenders will be opened/downloaded on the same day in the office of the Project Director, Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme, Faisalabad, in the presence of contractors, bidding firms, companies, or their authorized representatives as per the schedule below: - Last Date & Time of submission of e-Bids: 22.10.2026 at 11:00 AM - Date & Time of Opening of e-Bids: 22.10.2026 at 11:30 AM Firms/Companies must be registered with active NTN and PRA. Tender rates and amounts must be filled in figures and words, signed as per general directions, and inclusive of all taxes and duties including PRA. Photocopies of CNICs and contact details must be enclosed. PGSHF management reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
