Supply of Computer Stationery, Toners and Media Items

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids for the supply of computer stationery, toners, and media items in Faisalabad. The procurement includes utility bills forms in A-5 and A-4 sizes made from imported good quality paper, plain paper reams, toner cartridges for HP Laser Jet Enterprise M806X, maintenance kits, and ribbons for line printers OKI-8150 and Printronix P-8215. The items are intended for official use and must meet specified quality standards including size tolerances and paper grammage. Eligible bidders must be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or authorized dealers with valid Manufacturer Authorization Letters (MAL). Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Re-furbished, re-manufactured, or re-filled products are not acceptable.
