Supply of Computer System All-in-One, Online Up and Other IT Items

Mardan Medical Complex, a leading Medical Teaching Institution in Mardan, invites tenders from eligible and qualified firms for the supply of computer systems and related IT items. The procurement includes the following items: - Computer System All-in-One - Online Up - Other IT Items The tender requires bidders to upload their bids on EPADS by the deadline of 05/11/2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A Bid Security of 2% is mandatory, payable in favor of the Hospital Director, Mardan Medical Complex – Medical Teaching Institution, Mardan. The technical scope covers supply of IT equipment conforming strictly to hospital specifications. Handwritten or conditional tenders will not be accepted. All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules. Only firms listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) are eligible to participate. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20/10/2026 at 11:00 AM. Specifications and BDS are available on MMC-MTI, KPPRA websites, and EPADS portal. Bidders must ensure their tenders are typed on original letterhead, signed, stamped on every page, and uploaded on EPADS. The bidder must provide office address and landline telephone number. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of the KPPRA Procurement Rules, 2014, with valid reasons.
