Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA) invites E-Bids from Contractors, Firms, Manufacturers, and Authorized dealers registered with the registration system available on the e-PADS having valid PEC License in category C-6 or above with relevant code ME-06, registered with FBR & PRA (NTN and PNTN) for the procurement of Supply, Construction, Installation and 1 Year Operation & Maintenance of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant in Village Lorhaisar, Tehsil & District Chakwal. Items being procured: - Supply of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant - Construction works related to installation - Installation of RO Plant - One Year Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of RO Plant Bidders must download bidding documents from the Punjab Saaf Pani Authority e-Procurement System (eP) website and participate in the procurement process without paying any cost or fee. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure with encrypted electronic file submission. Earnest Money (Bid Security) amounting to Rs. 118,992/- (2% of estimated cost) is required and must be transferred via 1Link or through Bank Guarantee from any Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of Director (Procurement & Contracts), PSPA. The technical scope includes supply, construction, installation, and one year maintenance of the RO plant at the specified village site. Bidders must be PEC registered in category C-6 or above with relevant ME-06 code and registered with FBR and PRA. Key dates are as follows: E-Bids submission on 11th November 2026 at 02:00 PM and E-Bids opening on 11th November 2026 at 02:30 PM.
