Repair, Maintenance and Procurement of Office, IT, Electrical and Civil Items for Pakistan Academy for Rural Development Peshawar

Pakistan Academy for Rural Development, National Institute of Public Administration, and Pakistan Provincial Services Academy in Peshawar invite sealed bids from well reputed firms, repairing workshops, and vendors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Bidders must have sufficient managerial, technical, and financial capabilities for repairing, replacement, and provision of items as per tender categories. Items being procured: - Vehicle/Generator repair - Civil work/building repair including masonry, carpentry, sanitary, distemper/paint, electricity, aluminum and glass work - IT Equipment, Photostat, UPS - Tubewell repair - Buildings, Roads, Streets, Sewerage lines repair - Office stationery items like registers, ballpoints/pens, file covers - Electricity items - IT related equipment - Furniture related items - Consumable items like soap, sweep, spray, tissue boxes The scope includes replacement of new spare parts, repairing and replacement of used spare parts for vehicles, masonry, distempering/painting, electric work, sanitary work, carpentry, furniture including different types of sofa repair (wooden & iron), tube-well repair, IT equipment repair/replacement, photocopier machine repair/replacement, generators repair/replacement, UPS repair/replacement, batteries, solar panels repair/replacement, ACs, and chillers. Bidders must submit 2% bid security of total quoted value in the form of CDR/Pay Order pledged to the Director General Pakistan Academy for Rural Development Peshawar. Bids without security will not be accepted. Bidding follows Government of Pakistan Procurement Rules 2014 under Rule 38(2)(a) single stage two envelopes procedure. Bids must be dropped in the tender box by 10:30 am on 20th November 2026. Proposals will be opened the same day at 2:00 pm in presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Minimum requirements as per bidding documents must be fulfilled or bids will be declared non-responsive. Financial proposals of disqualified bidders will be returned unopened. Incomplete or conditional bids without appropriate bid security will be rejected. In case of discrepancy between advertisement and bidding documents, the latter shall prevail. Procurement will be conducted as per Government of Pakistan Procurement Rules. Tender documents and detailed item lists are available at the Administration Section, Pakistan Academy for Rural Development, University Town near KTH Peshawar on payment of Rs. 500. Rate quoting format can be obtained from the Administration Section. A framework agreement will be signed with the successful bidder for one year. Quoted prices must include all taxes.
