Original Development Works for Cantonment Board Sargodha FY 2026-27

Cantonment Board Sargodha invites sealed bids from contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and having valid NTN and active taxpayer status with FBR for Original Development Works for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement follows the MES Schedule of Rates 2025 (amended) and Public Procurement Rules 2026 under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Various Original works of Cantonment Board Sargodha for FY 2026-2027 with detailed lists and total estimates available on EPAD Module. The works cover multiple development projects under the Cantonment Board Sargodha jurisdiction. Bidders must submit bids online via the PPRA E-Pads portal only; no hard copies will be issued. A bidding processing fee of PKR 5,000 in form of CDR or cheque payable to Cantonment Executive Officer is compulsory. Eligibility requires firms to be sole proprietorship or private limited companies registered as Single Member Company (SMC), with PEC category C-3 or above, valid NTN, and registration with SECP in SMC category. Scanned copy of certificate on Original Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 1200/- is also required confirming no litigation involvement. Technical and financial evaluation results will be conveyed through EPAD 2.0 Module. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per Rule 45 of Public Procurement Rules 2026.
