Procurement of Computer Hardware, Prefabricated Fiber Cabin, and Other Physical Items for Police Department Rawalpindi

The Police Department Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of miscellaneous items on FOB basis for the financial year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (updated). The procurement targets experienced and financially sound business enterprises with valid income tax and sales tax registration as per government regulations. Items being procured: - AO9201 Computer Hardware - AO9899/AO9802 Prefabricated Fiber Cabin - Purchase of Other Physical Items - AI3303 Other Building (Repair/Renovation of all kinds of Govt. offices, Residential buildings & Police Lines, Police Stations, etc.) Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial bids. All rates must include applicable taxes. Bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-procurement System (eP) through PSID from the Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bids security of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Bidders must provide NTN, Sales Tax registration, professional tax, and Punjab Sales Tax certificates. A performance certificate in stamp paper worth Rs. 3000/- is required to confirm the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation. Samples of each item may be requested to verify quality and workmanship. Successful bidders must deposit 2% performance guarantee through the e-procurement system. The bidding documents are available on the PPRA and Punjab e-procurement websites. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded by 02-11-2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM in the presence of the procurement committee. No relaxation on quality will be given, and supply must be within 07 days of order issuance.
