Wah Industries Ltd, located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed quotations for the supply of corrugated small and large cartons as per detailed specifications attached in the tender schedule. The procurement is for packaging cartons used in shotgun ammunition production at the Shotgun Ammunition Factory. Items being procured: - Corrugated Small Ctns for packing 25 Ctgs of Apex Shots (Size: 108mmx66mmx108mm) Qty: 68,000 Nos - Corrugated Small Ctn for Packing of 25 Ctgs for Super/Excel shots (Size: 108mmx66mmx108mm) Qty: 21,000 Nos - Corrugated Small Ctn for Packing of 25 Ctgs for Sports shots (Size: 108mmx66mmx108mm) Qty: 32,000 Nos - Corrugated Small Ctns for packing 25 Ctgs of Shaheen Shots (Size: 108mmx66mmx108mm) Qty: 104,000 Nos - Corrugated Ctns for packing of 250 ctgs of Apex Shots (Size: 234x120x352mm) Qty: 7,000 Nos The cartons are specified with detailed material and construction requirements including 3 Ply E-Flute 290gm+125gmS/F+KLB 140gm, semi kraft, USF, lamination, and printing as per sample. The supplier must provide samples for lab testing along with the technical offer. Delivery is to be made on a free delivery basis at the Shotgun Ammunition Factory near Budho Railway Station, Wah Cantt. Eligibility requires registration with Sales Tax Department, submission of Sales Tax Invoice, and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. Tender fee is Rs. 2,500 payable via Pay Order/BC/CDR in favor of Wah Industries Ltd. Bid security of Rs. 150,000 is mandatory via Pay Order/BC/CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. Performance bond of 10% of contract value is required. Inspection will be conducted at purchaser's premises with warranty on supplied stores.
