Tender Document
Tender Description
This tender invites qualified firms in Rawalpindi to supply coveralls flyer consisting of 36 line items for the Directorate of Procurement (Navy). The procurement falls under the textiles and uniforms category, targeting specialized protective clothing for naval personnel.
The scope includes supplying high-quality coveralls meeting technical specifications outlined in the tender documents. Firms must ensure compliance with all required standards and provide original documentation such as manufacturer authorization letters, price lists, and registration certificates. The procurement process demands careful attention to detail, including submission of earnest money and technical bids in sealed envelopes as per instructions.
Bidders should be registered with DGDP and comply with all FBR and ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26. It is advisable to verify PEC category eligibility and ensure all tax documentation is up to date. Firms must also be prepared to submit Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) as earnest money and follow the prescribed format for technical and commercial offers.
The submission deadline is set for 09 March 2026, with bids to be opened on the same day. Tender documents must be delivered to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) office located near SNIDS Centre, Naval Residential Complex, Rawalpindi. Late submissions will not be entertained, and only authorized representatives may attend the bid opening.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the tender advertisement for specific stamp duty and earnest money requirements, as these are commonly overlooked and can lead to disqualification. Ensure all forms (DP-1, DP-2, DP-3) are duly filled and signed to avoid technical rejection.
