Tender Description
Govt. Special Education Centre, 33/4-L, Okara is inviting bids for the supply of uniform items (Winter & Summer) for 141 special students (boys and girls) for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Govt. Special Education Centre located in Okara city, Punjab province.
Items being procured:
- Winter Uniform Items
- Summer Uniform Items
The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, and only firms registered with this system and with valid Income Tax/GST registration are eligible to participate. The estimated cost of procurement is **Rs. 1,500,000** with a required bid security of **Rs. 75,000** (5%).
Bidders must submit their bids exclusively via the Punjab E-Procurement System portal by **07-10-2026 at 10:00 AM**. The bids will be opened on the same day at **10:30 AM** in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Govt. Special Education Centre, Okara.
The bidding documents are available immediately on the PPRA Punjab website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders should download the documents and participate without any cost or fee as per PPRA rules. Bid security must be deposited digitally through the Punjab E-Procurement System linked with BOP. Manual bid securities such as CDR or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted.
The procurement will follow the PPRA Punjab single stage two envelopes procedure under rule 38(2)(a). All firms must comply with the terms and conditions issued through tender documents and PPRA Punjab regulations. The lowest evaluated bidder will be awarded the contract.
