Supply of Crystal Mounting, Photo Albums, Crests, Mini DVCs, CD-R and DVD-R

Sealed quotations are invited from well-reputed and PN registered firms or suppliers for the supply of various items to the Directorate General Public Relations Naval Headquarters in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Crystal Mounting/Wooden Frame in different sizes (as per sample, demand on requirement) - Photo Album/Folder of different sizes (as per sample, demand on requirement) - Crests (as per sample, demand on requirement) - Mini DVCs (approx 550 DVCs) - CD-R with 12mm cover (approx 1700 CDs) - DVD-R with 12mm cover (approx 1800 DVDs) The procurement requires suppliers to provide samples of the items and ensure supply of approved quality during the contract period. Firms blacklisted by DGDP, Federal Government, or Provincial Government will not be entertained. The supplier is responsible for delivering items at the office premises and must replace any defective or sub-standard items at their own cost. Quotations must reach the office before the deadline of 22 September 2026 at 1100 hrs and will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs by the Tender Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized representatives.
