Purchase of Various Types of Local Certified Fruit Plants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under ADP/AIP/NON-ADP Projects 2026-27

Sealed bids are invited by the Directorate General of Agriculture Extension Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar for the purchase of various types of local certified and true to type fruit plants under ADP/AIP/NON-ADP projects including merged districts for the financial year 2026-27 through an open competitive bidding process under a framework contract as per KPPRA rules. Items being procured: - Apple Standard, Apple Dwarf - Apricot - Peach - Plum - Grapes - Citrus (Malta/Lemon) - Litchi - Walnut (Grafted) - Avocado (Grafted) - Fig - Apple Berry - Dragon Fruit - Loquat - Guava - Persimmon - Pomegranate - Cherry - Pecan Nuts (Grafted) - Almond - Pistachio - Pear - Passion Fruit The total quantity covers 2000 acres. The procurement involves certified fruit plants suitable for the region, ensuring quality and true-to-type varieties for agricultural extension projects. Bidders must be registered with FBR, FSC&RD, and other relevant provincial and federal government registration authorities. Bids should be submitted through the EPADS portal using a Single Stage-Two Envelopes process. A bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to PKR 5.00 million in the name of Director General Agriculture Extension Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must be uploaded with the financial bids on EPADS, and the original CDR in a sealed envelope must be submitted to the office address. Standard bidding documents containing complete details and terms and conditions can be obtained from the office against a non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 3000. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15.10.2026 at 11:30 AM at the office address. Bids must reach the office on or before 26.10.2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. For bidders, it is advisable to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through EPADS to avoid disqualification. Maintaining the original CDR and ensuring all registration documents are valid will facilitate smooth participation.
