Supply of Datepalm Nursery Plants and Related Equipment

The Horticultural Research Station Bahawalpur invites E-Bids / Proposals from financially sound and reputable firms registered with FBR and Punjab Sales Tax Department for the purchase and supply of Datepalm nursery plants and related equipment for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Punjab E-Procurement System with a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Items being procured: - Tissue cultured Datepalm nursery plants (25 plants each of varieties Mebroom, Qalma, Deglet Noor, Safawi, Khunezi, Burni, Suckri & Zaghlol) - 200 units - Tissue cultured Datepalm nursery plants (440 plants each of varieties Ajwa, Barhee & Medjoul) - 1320 units - Date fruit dehydrator - 2 units - Computer and printer - 1 unit - Thermohygro unit - 2 units - Fertilizer - quantity not specified The scope includes supply of high-quality tissue cultured plants and equipment suitable for datepalm nursery operations. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids online, duly completed, signed, and stamped, conforming to tender documents and departmental specifications. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules and quoted rates must include all applicable taxes and duties. Bids must be submitted via the Punjab E-Procurement System by 03 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM by the Purchase Committee. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rules 35 of PPRA 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents on the E-Procurement portal and ensure timely submission of complete bids to avoid disqualification.
